InfoCat is a community project designed for Rise of Kingdoms players. We aim to keep data handling simple, transparent, and respectful. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What We Collect

• Discord basics — your user ID, username, and guild membership needed to sign in and link your account.
• Uploads you choose to provide — e.g., daily account screenshots for parsing into dashboards.
• Derived analytics — numbers computed from your uploads (such as resource totals, speedup sums, training/healing estimates).
• Site telemetry — minimal logs for reliability and abuse prevention (e.g., request times, non-identifying diagnostics). We avoid unnecessary tracking.
• Cookies/local storage — used only to maintain sessions and basic preferences.

How We Use Data

• To authenticate with Discord and display your private dashboard.
• To convert screenshots into structured metrics and charts.
• To improve parsing accuracy and product reliability.
• To communicate essential service updates (outages, breaking changes).

InfoCat × ProKingdoms Ecosystem

InfoCat is part of the ProKingdoms ecosystem. We work closely to provide a cohesive experience across tools. When relevant, and only for legitimate purposes, limited signals may be shared within the ecosystem to operate and improve services — for example, to validate account ownership, detect abuse, or connect features you explicitly enable.

We do not sell personal data. We do not publish private dashboards. Any sharing is governed by functional necessity, security controls, and this policy.

Data Retention

• Uploads and derived metrics may be retained to power longitudinal views (trends over time).
• Authentication and audit logs are kept for security and troubleshooting for a limited period.
• You may request deletion of your data (see Your Choices below).

Your Choices

• Access/Export — contact us to request a summary of your stored data.
• Delete — you can request deletion of uploads and derived metrics linked to your Discord ID.
• Opt-out — you can stop using uploads at any time; dashboards based on uploads will no longer update.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a community project (access controls, least‑privilege, encrypted transport). No system is perfectly secure, but we strive to limit exposure and act quickly on issues.

Children

InfoCat is intended for players who meet the age requirements of Discord and applicable local laws. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this page as the project evolves. If material changes occur, we’ll post a notice in the Discord and/or within the app.
